Process To Order/Customize Your Displays

Determine the design and sizes, colors, package, and order quantity.

Make payment for the cost of prototypes and toolings. Sample approval. Extra partial of sample cost will be refunded upon placing mass production PO.

Placing mass production PO with payment of the deposit. Production monitoring, updates, and communication for anything. Final quality check and ship upon balance payment settled.
The products are made of wire, plate, tube, and stainless steel, which are strong, solid, and durable. The surface is made of high-temperature powder coating or environmentally plating, which is beautiful and attracts customers' attention.
Usually, it is our client's call to decide the sizes, but we will provide advice per our experiences.
We would encourage you to provide us RAL code for the metal finish. A real wood sample to match the finish and color would be perfect.
We will use a PE bag, corrugated box to pack most cases. It is fine when it needs pallets or other methods to protect the products better.
Prototype time: generally about 7-10 working days depending on the complexity.
Mass production time: 35 working days for 500 sets or less. 40 working days for 1000-2000 sets (depending on the complexity, quality, and quantity).
We helped clients to get the FDA, UL certificates from the US. We will the materials report. We will get others if needed.
